WELCOME TO THE STORYTELLER E-ZINE TABLE OF CONTENTS

I want this site free to everyone. However, I could use some financial help with the cost of keeping this site up. If you can donate I would appreciate it.

This is ' PAY PAL ACCOUNT.' A dollar or two here and there would be a big help              . Thanks    Ken Lehnig

On this site I spin the yarns ...I will not promise perfect prose- Editing ones own work is often a disaster. Should I miss something ( And I will- I most surely will!)   Forgive me and please enjoy my intent to pen a good story.

SHORT STORIES:

'THE HALL OF EXPECTANCY'  A different future for the arts PG13 Sci-Fi

The East End Case in West (By God) Virginia   A little spoof on ghost hunting PG13

'A TIME AND PLACE'    A tale from a dream- we have always been the same. (Historic speculative fiction) G

'COULTER RIDGE' A tale of a world changed. (sci-fi) G

'NIGHT LETTER' LETTERS TO FRIENDS (HORROR) PG13

'FADE AWAY' God made it all in seven days...how does it all go away? PG14 (SCIFI)

'REFUSE'  The gunfight would take place and the winner takes it all. For this less than quiet little burg it was the Ceremony that offered hope. PG-14(SCIFI)

'WHO'S TO SAY!'   It's hard to define a normal life. The hero in this tale certainly does not have one. Strap yourself on to the '55' Indian and lets take a ride into a pretty weird world.PG13(WEIRD SCIFI)

'SALVATION'    It's kind of a war tale and a morality tale and a sci-fi tale. Another day for Spacers. PG-14 (SCIFI)

'A STRANGENESS IN WARWICK TOWN'  Buying a house can gain you more than you expect. (HORROR MYSTERY)

'JOE AND THE SAUCER'    Evil or bearer of good tidings...or something else altogether. (SCI-FI)

'ON THE ROAD'   No matter how well you plan a murder- things can go very wrong. PG-13(HORROR)

'SONS OF MAN'  I wrote this tale as a movie concept, but I liked the narrative. Here is a tale for a campfire. PG-13(SCIFI)

'GEORGE'S MONSTERS'  A serial killer matches himself against the quirky best of the Bureau.  'VERY ADULT HORROR' - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH.

'A LETTER TO DR. DANIELS' I was honestly concerned about posting this one. I wrote it and it gives me the creeps.  Don't read this one ALONE- in the NIGHT. ADULT HORROR AND MIND BLOWING!

'THE ANCIENT LEAGUE OF INTERNATIONAL EXTERMINATORS.' I like this one-just an idea that I let take me where it wanted to go. Things that don't quite fit in this world make good stories.  SAM, MICHAEL, JOHNNY and ADAM have a lot of work to do..  FOR EVERYONE SCIFI

'ARE YOU UP?' A love story of a different nature. If it seems familiar keep reading. I wrote it before the movie( vaguely similar plot line?) which I liked as well.PG-13 SCI-FI
'BRANDO'S BANELate night, bad weather, downtown-Two old friends a little weirdness anything can happen! PG-13 WEIRD FANTASY

'THE WAY THINGS ARE!'  What do you do when it can't be any worse?  SCI-FI PG-13 SCIFI

'IN MRS. ARCHER'S SERVICE...' Shirley is mixed up in time and memories. The thing is...can anyone sort them all out?  MYSTERY SCI-FI ADULT

'IN A DREAM'   Living alone and being uniquely  independent has it's disadvantages ...SCARY ONES! HORROR PG-13

'TOM T. HULL...'This one is a sea tale that starts as a 'Song' and ends up in a 'Mystery'  Written in period language.( With your indulgence for my sense of  prose.)  PG-13

'BALANCE'    THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES... It has the good and evil issue examined and the answer may surprise you. I write from knowledge on this one ...your beautiful City may be very much like this one. Just 'cus ya can't see it don't mean it ain't there! It may be disturbing!   HORROR adult

'THE ANGEL' This one is  a short one that started out as a play. It morphed into a short story. A bit of theocratic whimsy! PG-13

'GOODMAN THOMAS' A good man and his dog take up an unusual hobby PG FABLE

'CONFRONTATION'   A lonely Priest fights the battle of his life. Horror PG14
